The other thing I noticed is that wine, particularly wine with high amount of sulfites, make my ear fill up. I always have the ringing but the fullness and pressure is what exhausts me. Also, since we are talking food and diets, I can no longer eat Chinese food. After weeks of feeling good and thinking my meds are really working, I&#39;ve had several Off Episodes during the past week. Thankfully, nothing has developed into full-blown vertigo but still. It could be one of three things for me, one of which is a conscious slacking off from the rigid low-sodium diet I&#39;ve been on. I&#39;m back to being vigilant about salt. Let&#39;s give it a couple weeks and compare notes. In a way, I hope it is sodium. As much as I hate to give up the copious quantities of cheese I was known for eating, at least I&#39;d have some answers and a solid plan of attack.
